August 15, 16 and 17
NLFSC has reserved ice at the ICON from 8am-2pm and specific team times will be announced soon!
$50 per skater!
We are excited to include dryland training sessions in our clinic this year. All teams will have the opportunity to work with the Fitness Manager of Crossfit Tundra and Crossfit Level 2 Certified Trainer, Travis Pribula. Travis will teach the fundamentals of fitness and movement, work to establish proper form with each skater, and lead the team through a workout. This unique opportunity for ALL of our teams has been provided via the 2017 Midwestern earnings.
Your synchro team coaches will lead all on ice classes. Two of our program’s coaches will have just returned from the National Synchronized Skating Summit in Chicago, IL, with new skills and drills, learned from Team USA coaches, to share with all athletes in attendance.
To ALL NLFSC team members (Twinklers, Sparklers, Stars, Metallites, and Auroras): Our synchro director and team coaches request your attendance! Participation is highly recommended and strongly encouraged – this is an opportunity for your team as a whole that will help you start your season out strong. The amount of information available to each skater via the dryland training and on ice classes is extensive and widely beneficial. Please be in attendance with us!
DON'T FORGET! All team members MUST have renewed their USFSA and Club Membership before stepping on the ice.
